A 30-year-old employee of the Kyushu Defense Bureau of the Ministry of Defense was arrested yesterday for touching the body of a high school girl on a train. The suspect is an employee of the Kyushu Defense Bureau of the Ministry of Defense and lives in Shingu Town. According to the police, at around 7:30 am on the 11th, the suspect is believed to have touched the lower body of a 16-year-old female high school student on a train running on the JR Kagoshima Main Line, violating the prefecture’s ordinance against nuisance behavior. Tomomatsu was arrested on the spot after being apprehended by a police officer on his way to work as he was running away through the station yard after the train arrived at Yoshizuka Station in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City.
