Fukuoka City announced the developers for all of the remaining sections of its Island City. Sekisui House and its local collaborators will construct approximately 250 homes and 1,750 apartments in seven zones. Also, a special purpose organization was formed to develop multi-use sports facilities, educational institutions, co-working spaces, and more to promote local well-being.
