Fuji Dream Airlines, a regional airline based in Shizuoka Prefecture, announced it would reduce the fares and introduce a discount fare for advance reservations on three Shizuoka flights to Kumamoto and Kagoshima. It will lop 4,000 yen off the Kumamoto flight and 9,000 yen off the Kagoshima flight. The new fares will take effect on November 1.
