Fukuoka police have uncovered a large-scale scam involving Vietnamese restaurant operators and Japanese delivery workers, who exploited a food delivery service to fraudulently obtain delivery fees. The investigation revealed over ¥10 million was stolen using fake orders and fraudulent delivery accounts.
