The suspects, aged around 26, reportedly introduced these women to adult entertainment establishments in Nakasu, Fukuoka, leading to the violations of employment security laws. The accused have admitted their involvement, with two having already received summary fines. The women were recruited through scouts and had no prior connection to Fukuoka.
