Four newly confirmed cases of the new coronavirus infection were found in Fukuoka Prefecture on May 23. These cases, the first in the past six days, involve three Kitakyushu residents and one Kasuga, resident. One of the Kitakyushu cases involves a special school teacher, who reportedly had no contact with students for two days before and after developing symptoms.
