Kitakyushu-based Fudosan Chuo Joho Center began in August a new service of purchasing unneeded books, consumer electronics, clothing, and other items from people who are changing residences at the properties they manage. The objective is to publicize their convenience and their other real estate-related services. Those who have contracted for the service can send the items to the company at no charge. If the company accepts them, they will deposit funds in the customer’s bank account.
