The mayors of Fukuoka City and Busan, South Korea, will conduct a promotional event for a package tour of both cities at the South Korean embassy in Tokyo on the 18th. The event is part of Asia Gateway 2011, a tourist strategy that regards both cities as part of the same region. The mayors will duplicate their performance in Seoul on the 20th. The tour package offers visitors the chance to experience food, shopping, and culture in both cities. The PR event has previously been held in Shanghai, China.
