Fukuoka Pref Raises ¥100 Million in Donation From Local Residents to Medical Workers

On June 15, donations to support local medical workers topped ¥100 million in Fukuoka Prefecture. Since May 11, Fukuoka Prefecture has been accepting donations as a means to express gratitude to those who are toiling to care for COVID-19 patients. As of June 15, a total of ¥108,756,858 had been collected by 1,149 individuals and groups.
