Fukuoka Prefecture Independent Prepares Omicron Detection Facility

Fukuoka Prefecture is preparing to operate an independent COVID-19 omicron-variant analysis. Currently, analyses of the newly-found strain for those who arrive at Fukuoka Airport are conducted at one of the national government’s labs in Tokyo.
