Fukuoka-based international media outlet Fukuoka Now is back in Tenjin!
Founded in 1998 as a monthly magazine alongside its companion website, we’ve spent over 25 years sharing “Fukuoka Now” with the world. For many years, our office was located in Tenjin 3-chome. And now, as of May 2025, we’ve made a fresh start in Tenjin 1-chome.

Our new base is inside CIC Fukuoka, located on the 7th floor of the newly opened One Fukuoka Building. With the concept of a “crossroads of creativity,” One Fukuoka is home to CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), which fosters innovation through space and community. As CIC’s second location in Asia, CIC Fukuoka is an exciting platform from which we’ll continue to share the latest from Kyushu while building new connections along the way. We look forward to continuing this journey with you!

FIBA – Fukuoka International Business Association
Established in April 2006, FIBA is a networking and information-sharing platform for foreign business professionals, consulate staff, researchers, and others active in the Fukuoka area.
We host 4–5 events annually, including networking receptions at the Governor’s Guest House and delegation support for inbound economic missions. As of FY2024, FIBA has 60 members.
