Fukuoka’s Ogori City Sees Major Logistics Development

Real estate firms Fukuoka Jisho and CRE announced on July 25 that they are jointly developing a rental logistics facility named “Logi City Ogori” (tentative name) in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. With one tenant already confirmed, the developers aim to complete the facility by the end of July 2024. The building will be designed and built to meet the specific requirements of its tenant, a method known as “Build to Suit” (BTS). The site for the new construction is approximately 5 kilometers east of the Tosu Junction (JCT), a key intersection on the highway connecting North-South and East-West Kyushu. The planned facility will comprise a three-story warehouse and a single-story hazardous materials storage building, with a total floor area of about 28,000 square meters.
