Kyudenko to Restructure Subsidiaries
Fukuoka City-based Kyudenko announced it will launch a major restructuring of its 29 subsidiaries, which are involved with such work as the installation of electrical and climate control equipment, starting this year. The restructuring will include the elimination of roughly half of those subsidiaries. The objective is to cut costs with the decline in electrical construction orders.
