Kyushu Electric Power submitted to the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry one of the documents required to apply for the expansion of the #3 reactor at their Sendai nuclear power plant in Satsumasendai, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is an indication they think terms for compensating local fisherman have been worked out. They already received the consent of the Satsumasendai mayor this June.
