Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. announced the construction of its first office complex in Fukuoka City on Apr. 19. The project will be produced in collaboration with Fukami Kosan, a real estate management company based in Fukuoka. The new building will have 13 floors and a basement level, creating a total space of 12,550 square meters. Commercial shops will open in the building’s first and second floors to welcome public visitors, while a rooftop garden will provide some refreshing time to the office staff.
