Located in the center of Fukuoka City, Ohori Park is a popular spot for both locals and visitors to relax. The lake covers approximately 226,000 square meters and is known throughout Japan, while the total park grounds spread out across 398,000 square meters. Visitors to the park can take a rental boat out around a 2 km section in middle of the lake that has been specially cordoned off. Five new rowing boats featuring a Hakata-ori style design are now available for rental. Enjoy a leisurely ride with these new boats and of course, take a stroll around the park too!
• Capacity: Three adults or two adults and two children (elementary school students or younger) (up to 225 kg)
• Fee: ¥600 for 30 minutes (¥200 for every 10 minutes that follow the initial half an hour)
