Low-cost carrier AirAsia Group promoted the launch of a new route between Fukuoka and Kuala Lumpur at the Fukuoka Street Party event. It will be the first long-distance international LCC flight departing from Fukuoka Airport. The official announcement including the flight schedule is expected to be made by AirAsia later this month, and the flights will start between January to March 2019.
