A new multi-lingual tourist center for Saga Prefecture, Saga Mado, opened on June 20. Located in front of the JR Saga Station, the office provides tourist information, arranges for travel guides, and sells local souvenirs suitable for international visitors. The place is also equipped with mobile chargers and wi-fi network. Also, a local soy-source brewer, Maruhide Shoyu is currently running a limited-time shop, featuring its amazake (traditional sweet, non-alcohol sake) inside the center.
