Aeon Kyushu released its interim results for the current fiscal year, which shows 374 million yen in current profit for the period, a 77.3% year-on-year rise, on 122.59 billion yen in sales, a 0.2% decline. It was the second straight increase in current profit from the year-before period, and the fourth straight decrease in sales. Meanwhile, they also recorded 620 million yen in net losses, an improvement from their 872 million yen net loss last year. This was the ninth straight annual net loss on the interim report.
