Fukuoka City-based Nishi-Nippon Bank announced they will work with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation to offer long-term dollar-denominated financing to its customers with an overseas business presence. The bank hopes these loans will help small and medium-sized business enterprises to expand their overseas operations. The bank says they are the first regional bank in Japan to offer such loans.
