Nomura Real Estate announced plans for a multi-tenant logistics facility in Kitakyushu, scheduled for completion in September 2027. The two-story complex, with a total floor area of 46,694 square meters, will be located near the Kokura-Higashi interchange and serve e-commerce and consumer goods sectors. The site also offers access to Kitakyushu Airport and Shimonoseki ferry terminals. The city adjusted zoning regulations to allow the development in a restricted area.
