According to the Fukuoka District Meteorological Observatory, average winter temperatures in northern Kyushu are expected to be “normal or below normal” from December through the next three months. On the other hand, precipitation for the three months is expected to be “normal or below normal” due to the lack of influence from low-pressure systems and fronts.
