A 22-story mixed-use building is planned for the Fukuoka Parco site in Tenjin, with completion expected around the end of 2031. The project is part of the Tenjin Big Bang redevelopment and will also include the adjacent Shintencho shopping district. Plans call for shops, offices and a hotel, along with a live music venue on the fourth basement level. A green terrace facing the Tenjin intersection and a privately managed park are also planned.
