Prince Hotels, Inc. announced plans to open a high-rise hotel in the Momochihama area of Fukuoka City in March 2026. On a 3,900-m2 plot to the west of Fukuoka Tower, a twenty-story building with 232 guest rooms will be built with a total budget of ¥14 ~ 15 billion.
