The rainy season finally ended in southern Kyushu. As of 11:00 on July 28, the regional office of Japan Meteorological Agency in Kagoshima announced the rain front left the region, following the areas of Okinawa and Amami. Rainy season in Kagoshima ended fourteen days later than average, making it the third-latest since record-keeping began in 1951.
