Redevelopment Plans Include Saving Over One Hundred Trees

Fukuoka City announced that it would preserve 101 trees on the redevelopment site of Susaki Park. Changing from the original plan that would remove 383 of 400 trees grown on the site, the new plan would keep 101 trees and replant others in different places of the construction ground. By March 2024, halls of various sizes would open in an environment with lots of greenery. Source: Nishinippon Shimbun / Fukuoka City / Mainichi / KBC
