The JR Hakata Bus Terminal located next to the new JR Hakata Station building has been remodeled and will open on the 19th. It now has a pedestrian deck with shops and connects with the station building on the second floor. Several of the new shops are outlets for chains establishing a presence in Kyushu for the first time.
