Fukuoka City-based Nagasaki champon chain Ringer Hut will open its first shop targeting female customers next month in the Ikebukuro district of Tokyo. The shop will be called Ringal Tokyo, and the company hopes to use it to develop a new market that will attract women dining with friends or alone. The in-house team that developed the shop, including both its décor and its menu choices, consisted primarily of women.
