Kyushu-based restaurant chain Ringer Hut announced a new branding direction towards becoming a vegetable-centric cafeteria. Titling its restaurants as ‘Mogu Vege Shokudo,’ the Nagasaki champon-noodle chain will serve dishes with a wider variety of domestically grown vegetables to support local farmers’ and customers’ health alike.
