Ringer Hut Training Part-Time Foreign Workers

Fukuoka City-based Nagasaki champon restaurant chain Ringer Hut has begun training part-time foreign workers, primarily those at Fukuoka Prefecture shops, at its headquarters. There are 14 trainees at present, hailing from China, Vietnam, Nepal, and Bangladesh. The company has hired more foreigners as employees because it has increased the number of its outlets, and currently employs 7,000 nationwide. They hope the training improves the employees’ customer service skills.
