In an update to a previously reported case, 59-year-old associate professor Shino Hiraki of Seinan Gakuin University has been arrested a third time for allegedly assaulting a passerby with his bag during his commute. The latest incident occurred on March 10 in Nishi Ward, Fukuoka, where Hiraki is suspected of deliberately pressing his bag against a 47-year-old woman who was pushing a bicycle. He was previously arrested twice last month for similar acts involving a 17-year-old male student and a 53-year-old woman.
