Kitakyushu-based airline Starflyer formally announced a business arrangement for air freight transport with Fukuyama Transporting Co. of Hiroshima Prefecture. They will start shipping freight this July between the Kitakyushu Airport and Haneda in Tokyo, and project a maximum of 15,000 tons of freight shipped per year. Starflyer’s objective is to earn more revenue from freight shipment, and Fukuyama Transporting wants to enhance its business between Kanto and Kyushu.
