A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old from Osaka were arrested for smuggling 7 kilograms each of liquid containing cannabis compound THC from Thailand into Fukuoka Airport. The liquid was hidden inside retort curry boxes in their suitcases. Customs officers discovered the packages during inspection. The pair admitted to transporting the drugs for profit.
