Three More COVID-19 Cases Reported In Fukuoka

According to Fukuoka City, a resident in his forties who developed a fever beginning on Mar. 15 and diagnosed with pneumonia at a medical institution has since tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. In addition to that case, Fukuoka Prefecture reports that an Iizuka resident in his thirties and his wife have also tested positive with the virus. The man suffered a fever from Mar. 13 and visited several medical institutions before he was screened for the new coronavirus on Mar.14. He reportedly went to work on Mar. 16, wearing a mask. His wife developed a fever on Mar. 22. The prefecture and the city are currently working to find out those who have come into close contact with the patients and will test the couple’s child.
