Three Vietnamese nationals were arrested and charged with smuggling e-cigarette drugs disguised as international mail. The suspects, including a 25-year-old student from Fukuoka, were found with 100 e-cigarette-like drug devices, intended for sale at 10,000 to 30,000 yen each. The drugs were discovered by customs at Fukuoka Airport in May. The investigation led to the arrests when the parcels were traced back to the suspects’ address. Source: NHK
