The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications announced it has approved the transfer of the broadcast license held by Kyushu International FM (Love FM) to Tenjin FM, a subsidiary of the Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu). Tenjin FM will also assume the Love FM name and begin broadcasting on January 1 to all of Fukuoka Prefecture and parts of Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, and Yamaguchi prefectures. It will continue offering a program schedule in 10 languages.
