Mos Burger has released a Nagasaki Turkish rice-inspired dish. The new burger is the result of a project in which Mos staff were asked to come up with new creations for the menu. The Turkish Rice Style Burger was selected out of 1,112 applicants and came from a staff member based in Shimabara. Taking its inspiration from the well-known Nagasaki speciality, this new dish will include a pork cutlet covered in demi-glace sauce and topped with a small helping of Napolitan pasta.
