Volleyball Nations League Coming to Kitakyushu in June

Kitakyushu is gearing up to host the Volleyball Nations League this June, in a run-up to the Paris Olympics. Announced by the International Volleyball Federation, the men’s games are scheduled from June 4-9 and the women’s from June 11-16 at the West Japan General Exhibition Center in Kokurakita Ward. Governor Hattori of Fukuoka expressed enthusiasm for the event and pledged full support. This competition, featuring 16 top teams each in men’s and women’s categories, is a crucial prelude to the July Paris Olympics and a valuable opportunity for Japan’s already qualified men’s team.
