Wagyu Beef to be Served at Public Schools in Miyazaki

On May 15, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries announced a project along with 16 other similar efforts to support local food suppliers struggling under impact of the spreading of the new coronavirus. With an aim to back up the consumption of locally-sourced beef, wagyu beef stroganoff will be served at elementary schools in Takaharu Town as their school lunch. Sources: Daily
