The Yamaguchi Financial Group of Yamaguchi Prefecture, which controls two regional banks among its holdings, announced their hiring plans for next fiscal year. The group as a whole plans to hire 300 people, including executives and business staff personnel. Of these, about 40 will be employed by the recently formed Kitakyushu Bank.
