Zentaro Shoten Opens in Ropponmatsu 421

The well-known Hakata confectionary company Ishimura Manseido opened a new store called Zentaro Shoten on the first floor of recently opened Ropponmatsu 421 commercial complex. Ishimura is famous for their innovative Japanese sweets, such as the much-loved treat tsurunoko (marshmallow with an egg yellow filling). Zentaro Shoten, which is named for Ishimura’s founder, Zentaro Ishimura, opened on September 26, and carries on the company’s tradition of offering customers traditional Japanese snacks with a modern twist. Make sure to check out their deliciously unique treats, such as the dora mochi (mini pancake sandwich filled with white bean paste and rum and raisin inside soft ) and chestnut purin (custard pudding)!
