Eighty booths from across Kyushu and Okinawa exhibit gourmet dishes at Food Expo Kyushu 2016. Local specialities and unique creations (e.g. black, charcoal-infused ice cream) are high up the menu, alongside sake from regional breweries. Last year, 134,000 people attended the event under beautiful autumn skies.
