Hakata holds 800 years of history with tea and is also said to be the ‘birthplace of Japanese tea culture’. In this event, nine different schools of tea ceremony will come together and show the various ways of making and serving tea across three venues. Over 2,000 people participate every year! You can join even in casual wear. There will be a tea ceremony workshop for children too. Don’t miss this chance to experience Japanese tea culture.
