The highly popular strawberry sweets buffet returns on January 11! This year’s theme is fairies and witches, offering about 20 varieties of strawberry desserts and savory dishes. The fairy-themed section, with a pastel pink and white color scheme, features dazzling treats made with milk and fresh cream. In contrast, the witch-themed section presents a slightly darker tone with bittersweet creations combining strawberries with ingredients like bamboo charcoal and rich chocolate. Highlights include classic strawberry shortcake with lightly sweetened cream to enhance the fruit’s natural flavor, strawberry and tomato soup, and grilled chicken with a strawberry balsamic sauce. A feast for both the eyes and palate!
