Opened in 1855, this brewery is known for using the haneki shibori (stone weights and a fune press) method. Buy limited edition sake, amazake, sake-infused products and local Itoshima foods offered at booths. Free and paid sake tasting available. A shuttle bus (fees apply) runs from Chikuzen-Maebaru Sta. (9:30 ~ 14:30).
