During the extended opening hours, the aquarium tanks at Marine World take on a unique allure as the lighting transitions from daytime to nighttime, generating an atmosphere distinct from the usual daylight ambiance. Special nighttime events are also organized, adding to the overall experience. These include a dolphin show set against the night backdrop of Hakata Bay and an impressive spectacle of 20,000 sardines rhythmically swimming in sync with music and lights.
Outside of show hours, visitors are welcome to bring their own food and drink to the viewing stands, making for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. With no additional fee for nighttime viewing, guests can savor the marine show throughout the day, from morning till night.
A special package ticket is available for purchase at convenience stores. Priced at ¥3,400, down from ¥3,700, it includes admission to Marine World and a round-trip bus ticket from Tenjin, offering a convenient and cost-effective option for visitors.
