Held inside Clouds, the top floor bar and dining space inside the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, this event features themes of wine and food pairing each month. July’s event is the theme is New World and features wines and history of wines from these more recent wine-producing countries. A selection of six wines from the United States, Chile, Australia, and other countries will be paired with luxurious dishes served buffet-style, such as a summer vegetable salad with lavender and honey dressing, Religieuse made of salt caramel and foie gras, pork belly flavored with maple syrup, carefully smoked beef cheek, a watermelon sorbet and hazelnut tart. Enjoy a classy evening with a brilliant night view right before your eyes!
