Taste sake fresh out the barrel! The Shiraito Sake Brewery is one of only a few in Japan still brewing with the traditional method of hanegi shibori. This barrel opening event includes tastings of the new brews, and you can buy amazake (sweet sake made from fermented rice) and sake-infused breads and sweets.
