Owner Suzuki Makoto, who spent 26 years in the States and had a “food awakening,” brought his culinary mojo from Brooklyn and Tokyo straight to Itoshima. As he puts it, “Feeding people is like giving your friends a hug. It’s only natural to go all-in on additive-free and non-GMO.” Their handmade tortillas are jam-packed with spicy chicken or beef and drizzled with original sauces. The menu might scream “fast food,” but everything’s made fresh to order.
If you’re not in the taco mood, go for their 100% Kumamoto Aso red beef burgers, available in 150g, 300g, and 500g sizes. These beauties come slathered in a unique homemade sauce made of fermented apples and soy sauce, served up sizzling on a hot plate.
