Last night Fukuoka Now’s Nick and Ruri attended the opening night of the HAWAIIAN FOOD FESTIVAL now taking place at the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. Russel Siu (Executive Chef and co-owner of the renowned 3660 on the Rise in Honolulu) was there to explain and serve a wide variety of Hawaiian classics and fusion dishes while guests were treated to live music and dance performances. The fair runs until the end of June with lunch and dinner buffets and reduced priced plans for children.
